Sarasota, FL (January 25, 2011) – DwellGreen, a new kind of home services company, is proud to announce its exponential growth in 2010 and introduction of James M. Majirsky as President.
DwellGreen was founded in 2009 and has since grown over 200% in revenue in 2010. In addition to consistent revenue growth, DwellGreen has expanded to include eight employees and over 40 service providers.

DwellGreen’s rapid growth is marked with the appointment of James Majirsky as President of the company. Jim will assume day-to-day management responsibility of the company while John Ferrari, DwellGreen’s Founding President, will retain his role on the Board of Directors with a focus on public sector projects and strategic business relationships.

Jim has a diverse background in business management and has held upper level executive positions for several of the most respected franchise systems in the industry. He has managed all aspects of franchising including sales, operations, marketing, staffing, and training. Over the past 14 years, Jim has been directly involved with helping hundreds of people into business ownership throughout North America. He has also owned and operated 6 franchised retail units, developed a food distribution business and worked closely with startup companies as a consultant creating operations, marketing, sales, and training programs. Before franchising, Jim spent 28 years in the executive management field as the National Director of Business Development for one of the largest retailers in the US, and ultimately became the SE Regional Vice President responsible for 125 stores and over 800 employees. Jim attended Youngstown State University and has completed the CFE (Certified Franchise Executive program) through the International Franchise Association.
