  Program funds have been expended in the following jurisdictions: City of Sarasota and Unincorporated Sarasota County. No applications will be accepted for these jurisdictions.

• All of the above required accompanying documents must be received or postmarked within 30 days of submission of your online application. Any applications that are not supported by these documents within this time period will be discarded and you will need to resubmit a new application.
• Participants should be aware that the Internal Revenue Service requires reporting of rebates as income if they exceed $600 in one year. Participants will be required to submit a W-9 form with their Rebate Request Form to enable that reporting. Rebates for ENERGY STAR Appliances are exempt from this requirement and will be subtracted from the annual total rebate amount.
