James M. Majirsky, President

FSD - Jim Majirsky

Jim has a diverse background in business management and has held upper level executive positions for several of the most respected franchise systems in the industry. He has managed all aspects of franchising including sales, operations, marketing, staffing, and training. Over the past 14 years, Jim has been directly involved with helping hundreds of people into business ownership throughout North America. He has also owned and operated 6 franchised retail units, developed a food distribution business and worked closely with startup companies as a consultant creating operations, marketing, sales, and training programs. Before franchising, Jim spent 28 years in the executive management field as the National Director of Business Development for one of the largest retailers in the US, and ultimately became the SE Regional Vice President responsible for 125 stores and over 800 employees. Jim attended Youngstown State University and has completed the CFE (Certified Franchise Executive program) through the International Franchise Association.

Mathew Horne, Vice President, Franchising

VP - Mat Horne

Mat has over 15 years of sales, marketing and operational experience. Prior to joining DwellGreen, he worked in Fortune 500 business-to-business sales for the 2nd largest office supply retailer in the world. As a Vertical Market Manager, he managed over $6 million in government and private sector business. His responsibilities ranged from bringing on new major accounts, to managing finance, supply chain and distribution channels within his territory. His diverse sales career has led him through multiple industries such as the medical sales industry and a leading technology firm delivering SAAS based human resource applications. He brings valuable expertise to DwellGreen in the areas of sales, product development, and client/service provider relationships. Mat earned a BS degree from the University of Florida and he has completed the USGBC REGREEN 301 program.

John Lambie,  Building & Environmental Science Advisor

VP - John Lambie

John brings to DwellGreen more than 35 years of expertise in the fields of green building, solar energy, and sustainable community development. His accomplishments include the development of the Florida Green Building Coalition’s award for highest performing building in 2008. For 10 years, John was the executive director of the Florida House Institute for Sustainable Development, and was one of the founders of Sarasota’s Florida House project. Prior to this position, he founded and co-directed the precursor to the Florida House Institute, Earth Metabolics Design Laboratory, which applied the principles of Buckminster Fuller’s World Game to southwest Florida. John was also the founding president of Mirasol Solar, offering passive architectural design, solar hot water and photovoltaic systems, water conservation products, edible landscaping and hydroponics. He is a former adjunct professor in Environmental Studies at New College in Sarasota and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Andrew Wisniowski, IT Manager

It Manager - Andrew Wisniowski

Andrew brings to DwellGreen over 10 years of experience in design/development of websites, programming, internet marketing and SEO expertise. Prior to joining DwellGreen, Andrew was an Optimization Specialist for a major Internet Marketing company specializing in sales process optimization and lead generation. In addition, Andrew consulted for DwellGreen while the company was in its early phases of technology development. During that time he aided in the development of DwellGreen’s proprietary platform and internet marketing strategy. He is now our in house developer and CRM administrator/developer, helping DwellGreen flourish in the Cloud so we can continue to leave a “Green Footprint” throughout our business process. His primary focus is: franchisee support, the continued development of our CRM platform, our proprietary Evaluation system, as well as all other related systems that are interconnected to offer a technology package that no other Franchise in the industry can match. Andrew earned his BS degree from the University of Central Florida.

Minnie Rivera, Office Manager

Office Manager - Minnie Rivera

Minnie Rivera manages the office and the accounting department of DwellGreen Franchising, LLC. A native New Yorker, Minnie graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and spent numerous years in the construction industry working for an architecture firm on Long Island. Moving to Florida 8 years ago, Minnie worked as an Administrative Assistant for a construction company handling office administration and finance . Here at DwellGreen, Minnie is responsible for all office management, scheduling, franchise prospect contact and screening, and finance pertinent to the franchise operation.

Matt Franck, Franchise Support Consultant

RM - Matt Franck

Prior to joining DwellGreen, Matthew served as a Project Engineer with an established general contractor. He was responsible for the care, control, and processing of contract drawings, shop drawings, and other technical data. He also oversaw the administrative and technical services in the fields of: scheduling, drafting, surveying, estimating, cost engineering, subcontractor coordination, and general project administration. Matthew’s knowledge helped to insure construction work complied with all engineering standards, codes, and specifications. Matt possesses a strong working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and materials. At DwellGreen, he helps provide technical engineering information on new green building practices and methods to the team and clients. Matthew has a joint BS from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry and Syracuse University. He is also a LEED Green Associate.
